Somehting that you may notice is a little off in this cocktail is that we're using agave instead of simple syrup. You can use whatever you'd prefer, we just agave and the dark color more than simple syrup in some of our gin drinks.
So here is the recipe:
Start with ice in your glass or cup. We are using these cocktail cups we got from The Local Branch in Skaneateles last Christmas.
Half ounce agave
Half ounce lime juice
1.5 ounces of Madison County Distillery Gin.
Top the cup with ginger beer
Stir it all together
And add your garnish. We're using fresh minto and a lime wedge for this one.
