How to make a Painkiller

This cocktail comes to us from the British Virgin Islands and the year 1971.  Daphne Henderson is the creator of this favorite rum cocktail, she was the proprietor of the Soggy Dollar Bar which got its name due to the face that there were no docks leading to the bar. Boaters would have to drive their boats in and jump off and into the shallow waters. Their pockets would get wet and so would their money.
