Each month we’ll have a new winery or brewery bringing drinks, we’ll have food from a different restaurant, and we’ll have a guest coming to talk for a FEW minutes to help us grow in different areas inside our industry. This first Industry Night we’ll have craft beer from Buried Acorn Brewing, wood-fired pizza from Noah Fiacchi (an award winning pizza maker) from a mano, and a guest speaker to talk about ways to maximize cocktails to-go sales.

We are excited to announce we will be hosting Industry Nights starting May 16th here in Syracuse.

We work with lots of restaurants and businesses all over New York and especially over the last two years we have been asked “what are other owners doing?”. So we decided to host industry nights for owners, and other industry peeps in the food and beverage industry to get together and hang out.
The goal is to bring owners and industry people together so they can hang out, relax with good food and drinks, network with other industry people, and maybe learn something new.

These are FREE events and are meant to bring industry people together to connect and relax. Guests will need to RSVP by emailing [email protected] prior to May 14th.

We are grateful to have Gerharz Equipment hosting the Industry Nights.
Gerharz Equipment is located at 220 Teall Avenue in Syracuse and will be the location for all of our Industry Nights.

We are also lucky to be partnered with Bud Loura from Restaurant QB for these industry nights. Bud brings a wealth of knowledge, connections, and information to the local restaurant industry and is a vital part to the local restaurant scene.
