This is a great drink to enjoy with your partner in the summer. The recipe makes two drinks, it’s refreshing, and helps you use local ingredients to complete this tasty drink.

I don’t know about you, but I am more of a warm weather cocktail guy. Especially when I can use seasonal ingredients found here in Upstate New York. It’s not quite Raspberry season but I wanted to get this cocktail prepared for when I can go and pick local raspberries. I sort of call this one this Rapple as I’m using Red Jacket Orchards Raspberry Apple Juice.

Well, let’s not waste any more time…here’s the recipe.

Take a stirring crystal and add some ice cubes,
Add in 4 ounces of vodka (we used Bootlegger Vodka),
Add in 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice,
Add in 4 ounces of Red Jacket Orchards Raspberry Apple Juice,
Add in 1/2 ounce of Simple Syrup,
Stir throughly,
Strain and pour over ice, separating in two glasses,
Top each with soda water,
Garnish with raspberries.

Mix yours up this week and let us know what you think!
