No one wants to use low quality ingredients in their recipes, especially in cocktails when there aren’t many ingredients involved. Using Red Jacket Fuji Apple Juice is
important for this cocktail because Red Jacket juices are 100% fruit juices made simply by pressing whole fruit

I’m a sucker for a bourbon-based cocktail. I also LOVE the Fuji Apple Juice from our
friends at Red Jacket. So I decided to take the two and make a cocktail that combines both of these flavors into one delicious drink.
Here’s the recipe:
2 ounces bourbon – I used Elijah Craig Bourbon Whiskey – FIND IT AT HARBOR VIEW WINES AND LIQUORS
2 ounces Red Jacket Fuji Apple Juice
.75 ounces triple sec
.25 ounces fresh lemon juice
3 dashes bitters

We added all these ingredients into our Barfly shaker with ice and gave it a vigorous
shake to bring all the flavors together. Next we poured the drink over ice and into a
rocks glass using a cocktail strainer.
This drink is an immediate favorite of mine and is going on my list of regular drinks to
make at home. We used Elijah Craig small bath bourbon but you can use any bourbon
you prefer. The most import part for the flavor of this drink (IMO) is the Red Jack Fuji
Apple Juice.

There’s no ned to wait for Autumn to enjoy this one. The Fuji Apple Sour can be enjoyed all year long.
Head to redjacketorchards.com and order your Fuji Apple Juice or find a local retailer that carries Red Jacket juices.
