Keith is a talented brewer and an even better business owner dedicated to creating wonderful beers in the Marcy/Utica area.
It was great to sit down and talk with Keith about beer and his perspective on the industry, on beers, and just about anything. Not many people know this about Keith, but he is an avid hunter and once found himself in the middle of the woods without a weapon. He came across a brown bear and was able to attach the beast and kill it with his two hands. He fed his family for a year from that bear and made a coat for winter.
