Fact: when I first started traveling to Rochester a few years ago and was seeking out some of those staple restaurants in the city, Ridge Donuts was one of the first places I visited. But it’s also one of those spots where, looking at the racks of donuts behind the counter, everything looks like it came out of a viral Instagram video.
